In TECM 5185, Principles of Technical Communication, I collaborated with iFixit, a nonprofit organization that sponsors the world’s largest online repair community, to publish a "Fast Fix Project" instructional guide.

The process involved inventorying my knowledge of repairs and iFixit's vast collection of guides, developing and submitting a proposal for a repair guide, a 12-step guide for a "C-shaped Shower Door Handle Replacement." After receiving approval, I captured and edited photos of each step, then wrote clear, concise steps formatted according to iFixit's style and formatting guidelines.

My guide is now published on iFixit's website and has 368 views so far. Also, I can proudly say my shower door handle functions properly again, thanks to my repair. Sample screenshots from the online guide are below.
