For this project, I collaborated with a team in my TECM 5200 Content Strategy course to develop a content assessment on a real-world client's digital content. The project was multifaceted, with several milestones and deliverables throughout the span of 8 weeks.

My two team members and I communicated via MS Teams and managed our project in Trello. We consulted with the client on their content needs, then conducted a content audit on internal-facing guides, assessing for readability, accessibility, and brand voice. We submitted a content assessment to the client. Then, as a final step, we each individually developed a strategic content roadmap based on our assessment.

While I am unable to publish the content assessment due to non-disclosure adherence and client privacy, I can share my strategic content roadmap (sanitized). Key features of the strategic roadmap include a SWOT analysis, brand voice analysis, and a quality assurance content strategy, including tactics such as a style guide, usability testing, and a content cycle calendar.
